Overview
This is a three-layer clean film consisting of nylon resin for the outer layer and additive-free LDPE for the inner layer.
Many years of research have led us to use raw materials with low-ion contamination and outgassing, which do not contaminate the contents. Nylon resin layer has gas barrier properties, enabling vacuum packaging. Nylon resin layer also has high puncture resistance, making it possible to package sharp-edged contents and reduce volume by thinning the film.-

By use of additive-free resin and blown film method, the film provides a particularly high level of cleanliness of the inner surface. In addition, liquid particle counter (LPC) is in our process to control the cleanliness level,and our products are used confidently in industries that demand high cleanliness levels, such as LCD, HDD, and semiconductors.
